Home Made Bread Pudding
This is made freshly by me Shantai Gibbons!Saturday April 27th 2019
First I pulled apart the stale bread & put it into soak into a bowl of water. Then I squeezed the bread to drain the water out.
With the Ingredients, I didn't use exact measurements. I used enough stale bread to fill the tray & poured the mixed fruit into until I felt it was enough. Then put the rest of the Ingredients handful of each. This way each time the bread pudding taste different.
I Then put it into the oven for a few hours, on a low temperature, so it would cook lovely.
Ingredients:
Stale Bread
Mixed Fruits
Mixed Spice
Milk
Water
Brown Sugar
Golden Syrup
4-5 Hours In Oven On 150 Degrees (low temperature)
